Our Kidney Guardian Market Research Survey, developed in partnership with VitalGuardian.ai, helps us learn how people across all stages of kidney health use technology to manage their wellness from those aiming to optimize and preserve kidney function to those living with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

This initiative is part of our ongoing product-development research for the VitalGuardian.ai App, a digital tool designed to help users monitor kidney health, track lifestyle factors, and connect with educational resources.
Your feedback will directly influence how we design features that are practical, inclusive, and responsive to real-world needs particularly among women, families, and communities of color disproportionately impacted by CKD.

Who Can Participate

Group 1: Individuals with Stage 0–2 kidney disease, or those interested in maintaining long-term kidney health.

Group 2: Individuals with Stage 3–5 kidney disease who want to share insights on daily challenges, tracking habits, and preferred digital tools.
Participation takes just a few minutes and your input will help shape the next generation of VitalGuardian’s kidney-wellness technology and educational outreach.
